We leverage in-house proprietary resources throughout the investment process. Among the software and systems employed are: financial models for each of our covered companies, portfolio management tools to assist with multi-currency valuations, a data mining engine to reconcile historical trading data, and a liquidity filter to derive optimal exit / entry points. By investing alongside Altree Capital, clients gain preferential access to the Firm's in-house operational, administrative and custody-related systems and expertise. This proves invaluable as the African capital markets are complex and diverse with fragmented national and regional exchanges, relatively high degrees of slippage and various cost and execution-related inefficiencies.
