When evaluating opportunities for investment, we conduct a rigorous due diligence process which includes, but is not limited to: management interviews, documentation review, and sourcing of ancillary input from customers, vendors, government officials, tax/legal experts, technical practitioners and various other third parties. Company visits are an integral part of the investment process and provide an opportunity to test projections and establish a confidence interval surrounding management’s ability to execute. We will also assess the competitive landscape, review market conditions, evaluate the integrity of financial statements and perform background screens where necessary.
